I have a nosy, loud, pushy, and opinionated family with older siblings, a fed up mother close to retirement, and a father who spends as much time as he possibly can avoiding my mother and pretending like he can’t hear. I have nieces and nephews in the ages that allow them to think magically, and I’ve started taking lessons from them on remembering how that all works. Funny how we let that part of our thoughts go when life becomes so serious and somewhat permanent.
